These are the highest quality stainless steel scissors made by the TOHO beading company.  They are precision and hold up especially great.  They have a curved cutting end to really get in there to the place you want to cut.  Melanie loves these and uses them exclusively for her bead bag.  They are small and light  and once you have a pair you will throw out your old dime store scissors!
