How to Register

To reserve your space in a workshop, complete the registration form (2 pages) and submit your payment. The registration form is in Adobe Acrobat format and you will need the free Acrobat reader in order to launch the link that allows you to print the form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download it for free by clicking here.

To have a registration form emailed or faxed to you, email us at info@schoolofbeadwork.com. These requests are received daily and will be mailed or faxed within 2 days of your online request.

Once your registration form and deposit are received you will receive a confirmation letter by email verifying your reserved space in the workshop. We look forward to seeing you and serving you with a beautiful event.

You can pay by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, check, or money order.. Please make checks payable to School of Beadwork.


Cancellation Policy

School of Beadwork reserves the right to cancel these workshops if the minimum number of students are not registered by February 5, 2010 thereby returning all payments you have submitted. Registered spaces are transferable.
